You pointed out that the bean sprouts in Bang Bungee Tofu were almost raw, but after receiving this point, I confirmed with the staff in charge. It was caused by steaming in a shorter time than the specified steam time.
We have educated the staff in charge and related staff to thoroughly perform steam cooking within the stipulated time.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused on June 9th. In the future, we intend to push forward with customer service training and employee training so that our members can enjoy their meals comfortably.

Aosa green onion bowl, it was so delicious that I repeated it every day.
I usually go home right after class, but I stayed at the university until night just to eat sea lettuce and green onion rice bowl, and even ate dinner at the school cafeteria.
The scent of sea lettuce gently joins grated yam, tuna, and shredded seaweed together to create a sense of unity and deep flavor that sets it apart from the usual Yamakake Negitoro bowl. It was shockingly delicious.
I am sad that the campaign is over. We are waiting for you to come back.

Thank you for your feedback on the green onion bowl! Sea lettuce uses sea lettuce harvested in Fukushima, and is harvested seasonally. If there is stock in Fukushima, we will consider offering it!
