At around 11:50, a group of about 10 passengers, who appeared to be families, were seen repeatedly yelling, "We've already taken these seats, so don't sit down without permission."

I understood that he was probably claiming that people were reserving seats,
and he was yelling at those who were already seated, so I was worried that it might escalate into a conflict.

Recently, even during peak hours, there seem to be many outside visitors, and many people are reserving seats.
I think it's impossible to completely prevent seat reservation, but it seems difficult to take some kind of measure, at least during peak hours.
