Co-op membership
Please join the cooperative to use its services. You can enjoy member prices at the cafeteria and bookstore.
A membership card will be issued to those who join.

Update and reissue of lost membership information
Changes to information that do not involve changes to affiliation or expected graduation year
For those who use the "University Co-op App (Official)" and Co-op electronic money
To change your name, address, contact phone number, etc., please make the changes through univcoop My Portal
If you wish to change the email address or verification phone number registered with the app, please contact us using the form below
Those who do not use the "University Co-op App (Official)"
You can apply to change your membership information, such as your name, address, and contact phone number
*If you wish to change your affiliation or expected graduation year, please contact us using the "Change of Affiliation/Expected Graduation Year Form."
Changes to information including changes to affiliation and expected graduation year
If you will continue to be enrolled at the University of Tokyo, such as if you are going on to graduate school, your planned graduation year is changing, or you are becoming a faculty member, please do not go through the capital contribution return procedure, but rather go through the change procedure
Reissuance of lost membership card
If you have lost your membership card, please come to the Co-op office with the following items ready:
- Student ID or employee ID, or other document that can verify your enrollment.
*For union members residing in Tokyo or Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture, please bring an identification document that includes your address. - Reissue fee: 100 yen
*If you are switching to the electronic membership card in the official University Co-op app, the above procedures are not necessary.
You can also use Co-op electronic money after registering for the app.

Becoming a member allows you to enroll in the university cooperative's mutual aid and insurance programs.

Hongo Campus Bicycle Parking Application
Registration for bicycle parking permits and motorcycle parking permits on campus in the Hongo area is accepted at the Hongo Second Bookstore and the Faculty of Agriculture Bookstore.
