② CO-OP Student Comprehensive Mutual Aid: Information Regarding Procedures Upon Maturity
Starting in December 2025, we will be sending out "Information Regarding Procedures Upon Maturity" to the registered dependent's address. Please check the information and complete the necessary procedures.

CO-OP Mutual Aid New Employee Course
The New Employee Course is exclusively for graduates who are enrolled in CO-OP Student Comprehensive Mutual Aid. You may be contacted by the CO-OP Mutual Aid Federation (and its contracted regional cooperatives) to receive information regarding procedures for continuing coverage (New Employee Course) after graduation.
③ We request your donations to enhance the "Mutual Aid Scholarship Program."
The Mutual Aid Scholarship Program is a scholarship program run by the National Federation of University Cooperatives Scholarship Foundation that assists students who have lost their guardians and are facing difficulties continuing their studies.

A. Return of investment by bank transfer
① Please submit your withdrawal request using the form below.
Application period: February 1st, 2026 (Sun) - May 6th, 2026 (Holiday)
*Please enter your name and date of birth.
② If you have a paper membership card, please return it using the enclosed return envelope.
*Those who have completed the capital contribution refund procedure will no longer be able to use the university co-op app after April.
Please use up your university co-op electronic money by the end of March.
③ We will send you an email with instructions on how to specify your bank account for the transfer.
・For those who apply by March 31st, 2026 (Tue)
→ We will send you an email with instructions in mid-May 2026.
・For those who apply by May 6th, 2026 (Holiday)
→ We will send you an email with instructions in late May 2026.
④ After you specify your bank account for the transfer, we will transfer the funds to your designated account within 3-4 business days.

B. Return of investment at the Co-op counter
From Monday, February 2, 2026, refunds will be accepted at the following locations.

・Membership card
*If you have lost your membership card, please bring something that can verify your identity.
*If you have a paper membership card, we will collect it when you return it. If you would like a temporary membership card valid until the end of March, please let us know.
*If you use an electronic membership card, please show us the Co-op app. (App membership cards can continue to be used, but will no longer be usable after April.)

■Those who continue to be enrolled at the University of Tokyo
① The following individuals should not proceed with the refund of their investment, butMarch 2026instead update their membership information using the "Affiliation/Expected Graduation Year Change Form" by the end of
• Those entering graduate school at the University of Tokyo
• Those whose expected graduation year has changed
• Those becoming faculty or staff members
• Those graduating who wish to continue using the University of Tokyo Co-op (limited to residents of Tokyo or Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture).
*We do not reissue or rewrite membership cards.
Please proceed with the migration to the electronic membership card via the "University Co-op App (Official)".
*If you require a paper membership card due to device limitations, please visit the Co-op counter.
②If you are enrolled in the Student Comprehensive Mutual Aid Insurance, you will receive information from the Japan Co-op Mutual Aid Consumer Cooperative (Co-op Mutual Aid Association) for those who are approaching their graduation year. If you plan to continue your insurance, please complete the procedures as soon as possible

If you are unable to use up your balance before graduation due to various circumstances (such as extended leave of absence), please apply using the application form below.
Application period: Until 23:59 on Sunday, April 19, 2026.
How to apply: Please register using the application form below.
Refund method: Bank transfer (After confirming your balance, we will send you an email with instructions on how to register your account in mid-May 2026)
Fees: A flat fee of 300 yen will be deducted as a refund fee. If your balance is 300 yen or less, you will not receive a refund even if you apply.
*Co-op Money points are not eligible for refund.
*If you were using the old cafeteria pass, the 300 yen equivalent to the initial premium of the cafeteria pass will also be deducted.
