University Co-op App/Co-op Electronic Money

Thank you for your continued patronage of the University of Tokyo Co-op. This is the page for information about the University Co-op's smartphone app


● Your membership card has been replaced with an "electronic membership card" that can be displayed on the app, and "co-op electronic money" that can be used at all co-op stores started in September 2022.
● You can also easily access business hours and announcements from the app.





☆ Various inquiries
  • App Error Inquiry:If you encounter an error when signing in after signing up for the app (portal registration), please submit a request using the app error request form. *App sign-up requires the email address registered as your member information. Please submit the form only if you still encounter an error even after using the correct email address.

  • For inquiries other than app errors, such as those related to your device or other issues preventing you from using the app or cafeteria money, or those who cannot confirm the transfer of their remaining balance from their cafeteria pass, please contact the Member Center by email. *Please note that we will not, in principle, offer cancellations or refunds when you switch to the cafeteria money system.
Unless there are special circumstances, such as being unable to use the app on your device, please continue to use the cafeteria money system within the app.
*We will provide refunds to international students who have special circumstances, such as being about to return to their home country and finding it difficult to use the system after the switch. Please note that refunds will be processed on or after the next business day following your request.
