Thank you for using the University of Tokyo Co-op.
If you are leaving the University of Tokyo due to graduation, retirement, etc., and do not plan to use the University of Tokyo Co-op in the future, we will return the investment you have made so far.

Remaining at the University of Tokyo
If you continue to be enrolled (those who will go on to graduate school at the University of Tokyo, those who will change their expected graduation year, those who will become faculty members, etc.)Please follow the procedure below to change your membership information.
If you have changed your address, please change your registration below.
Affiliation/Scheduled Graduation Year Change Form
Union membership cards will not be rewritten or reissued. Please follow the procedure for migrating to the electronic membership card of the university co-op app.
If you wish to have a paper membership card issued due to the circumstances of the terminal, please request it in the form.
In the case of free withdrawal under Article 11 of the Articles of Incorporation
If an application is received by the end of November each year, the refund will be made after the end of February of the following year.
Please note that applications made after December will be returned on the last day of February two years later.
Please note that the University of Tokyo Co-op may ask for confirmation from the supporters.

Article 11 A member may withdraw from the association at the end of the business year by notifying the association 90 days prior to the last day of the business year.
Procedures for Returning Co-op Contributions
Please use either the "window" or "mail/transfer" method.

When the person himself/herself is visiting
- Please come to the counter below with your membership card and seal.
*If you have lost your membership card, please bring your student ID card, staff ID card, etc. - Please fill in the withdrawal application form at the window.
- We will refund your deposit in cash.
*Membership cards will be collected on the spot.
It is possible to issue a "temporary membership card" with a time limit, so please let us know if you need it.
When a proxy visits
- In addition to the membership card and seal, the followingbothwill be required.
(1) Power of attorney handwritten by the withdrawing member
Please fill in the following items by hand. There is no fixed style.
- Entrustment date
- Name, address, date of birth, telephone number of the mandator
- Name, address, date of birth, telephone number of the mandated person (representative)
- Details of delegation (Please fill in the fact that you are delegating the return of investment)
- Imprinted seal (shachihata is not acceptable)
(2) A document that can prove the agent's identity (student ID card, staff ID card, etc.)
- Please fill in the withdrawal application form at the window.
- We will refund your deposit in cash.
Mail/transfer
1. Please mail the following documents to:
- Union membership card
- Withdrawal application form
If your surname has changed, please also enter the surname before the change.
Please also fill in your account information. The name is only the name of the person himself or his family.
Please enter the financial institution in Japan.
*If you are withdrawing from school, please enclose a copy of a document that can prove such as a certificate of withdrawal.
If the certificate is not attached, refunds will be made at the end of the expected year of graduation or according to the handling of voluntary withdrawal.
