For those who are scheduled to graduate in March, we will send information about withdrawal procedures in mid-December.

If you continue to be enrolled (those who will go on to graduate school at the University of Tokyo, those who will change their expected graduation year, those who will become faculty members, etc.)Please follow the procedure below to change your membership information.
If you have changed your address, please change your registration below.
Union membership cards will not be rewritten or reissued. Please follow the procedure for migrating to the electronic membership card of the university co-op app.
If you wish to have a paper membership card issued due to the circumstances of the terminal, please request it in the form.
If an application is received by the end of November each year, the refund will be made after the end of February of the following year.
Please note that applications made after December will be returned on the last day of February two years later.
Please note that the University of Tokyo Co-op may ask for confirmation from the supporters.

Article 11 A member may withdraw from the association at the end of the business year by notifying the association 90 days prior to the last day of the business year.
