Notice of the end of application acceptance for all Tuo cards
We are now closed to accepting applications for credit cards and Tuo cards
●Final submission deadline at the Co-op counter:
Thursday, February 24, 2022, until 3:00 PM.
*Please note that incomplete documents will not be accepted. Please submit your application form with all necessary documents, including identification, complete.
<For those who wish to apply for a credit card in the future> The university cooperative offers the Mitsui Sumitomo Card (NL) . *Unlike the Tuo Card, it cannot be used as a substitute for your membership card. *Applications must be made online. Application forms are not available at the counter. *For inquiries regarding the Mitsui Sumitomo Card (NL), please contact the membership information desk (0120-816-437).
