To all those graduating in Fall 2023

Congratulations on your graduation. 
For those of you leaving the University of Tokyo and who do not plan to use the University of Tokyo Co-op in the future, we will return the funds you have contributed.
Thank you very much for your long-standing patronage of the University of Tokyo Co-op.

If you are leaving the University of Tokyo upon graduation,
please complete
the procedure to withdraw from the Co-op (refund of your membership fee). This can be done in person at the counter or by mail/bank transfer.
Please see the following page for details.

*Please make sure to use up the remaining balance of your "School Cafeteria Money" and "Base Money."

*If you are enrolled in the Student Comprehensive Mutual Aid Insurance and have registered your planned graduation year as "September 2023," you will have received a notice from the Co-op Mutual Aid Association from mid-July (usually sent to your dependent's address). Please follow the instructions to return the documents and complete the necessary procedures
