Saturdays and Sundays of the May Festival can get quite crowded...

I used it for the first time···

Staff chatting and noisy...

I think the quality has gone down lately...

Q:

It's a cafeteria, but I think the quality has gone down recently. The rice wasn't cooked well today, so it wasn't elastic and didn't taste good at all. I also asked for a demiglace sauce hamburger, but it was meaty enough to call it a hamburger. It is a level that makes me wonder if there is really meat in it. The latter depends on the person, but I think everyone agrees on the former. I would like to see improvements.

A:

We apologize for the inconvenience.
Of the two points you pointed out, it is about rice. We immediately checked on the spot. 16:40 There was a slight difference in the rice currently being offered between the corners offering it, but we will discard it once and replace it with rice that has been recooked according to the instructions in the manual. In addition, from today onwards, we will share this opinion with the staff in charge of rice cooking, and work to prevent recurrence by reconfirming the quality check by strictly observing the procedure manual and eating the cooked rice.
Next, let's talk about hamburgers. The "hamburger" used in "Hamburger Demi Sauce" is an ingredient used by the entire university co-op. We will share this opinion when discussing the menu and ingredients as a whole. We apologize in advance for not being able to promise immediate improvements.

Q:

The tuna yukhoe, which was a temporary item, was delicious, so I want it to be added to the regular menu! !

A:

Thank you for enjoying the temporary menu "Tuna Yukhoe" and for your compliments. I am very happy. This menu was arranged on the spot to reduce food loss as much as possible from the leftover "tuna" from the currently very popular "Tuna Donburi".
We will take your feedback into consideration when developing future menus. Please look forward to the day when it will be on the menu.

Minced lotus root too salty...

Wishing you a mala chicken...

Inside the white cup

Q:

A large amount of green dirt adhered to the inside of the white cup.
I took a sip without realizing it and felt very sick.
I'm sure you've received many complaints about cleaning the cups, but are you willing to improve?

A:

Regarding the cleaning work of teacups, when we received the same indication as before, we changed the operation to perform bleaching work twice a week in addition to normal cleaning. We have not received any similar comments since then.
I will share this point with the staff again and reconfirm the work operation and check.

The tanmen was so delicious...

Q:

Tanmen in the noodle corner was very delicious. Is there a possibility that other restaurants will reopen in the future?
* I want to take vegetables in bulk as much as possible.

Also, is it possible to provide only stir-fried vegetables?
Raw vegetables are bulky, so please stir-fry them.
In addition, okra is delicious every time!

A:

Thank you for your feedback.
Thank you for enjoying "Tanmen". I am very happy to hear the words of praise. The second cafeteria and the Faculty of Agriculture cafeteria offer tanmen, but from now on, the second cafeteria will serve it on a daily basis at the Faculty of Agriculture cafeteria.
In addition, we are offering "vegetable stir-fry", but at the central cafeteria, we plan to offer "pork vegetable salt-fried" at the cafeteria corner for one week next week only. Please give it a try. If there are many requests after that, we will consider reviving it.

Sold out just before...

Q:

Live kitchen corner, after a long line, it was sold out just before.
If it's sold out, it's a waste of time if you don't tell me quickly. What was the time in line?

A:

Thank you for your advice. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Normally, it is an operation to tell "sold out" and "apology" before you line up. We will confirm the facts with the staff and conduct operations, confirmation and guidance to prevent recurrence. I am very sorry.
