Please do not arbitrarily shorten the opening hours of the live kitchen corner.
In a situation where the business hours are already short and the permanent menu does not look the same, shortening the business hours by more than an hour is common sense and unthinkable.

There is a sign saying that it will be crowded at lunchtime, so it's rude to go out of your way to shift the time, but as a result, the menu options are reduced, regardless of stock availability.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. On July 15th (Friday), which you inquired about, we were unable to open the corner due to equipment malfunction. Although it was a last-minute announcement, we sent information about the corner closure on our twitter and in-store notices.
After maintenance, we resumed business from 11:00 to 14:00 from today. While keeping food loss to a minimum, we set the planned number of meals based on usage trends for each menu and weekly usage trends. If the number of customers is more concentrated than expected, it may be sold out before business hours, but we will increase the planned number of meals from the next time onwards.
