Notification regarding various procedures, changes to membership information, and lost/reissued cards
Co-op membership
Please join the Co-op to use the facilities. You can use the cafeteria and bookstore at member prices
A membership card will be issued to those who join
Withdrawal

Update and reissue of lost membership information
Changes to information that do not involve changes to affiliation or expected graduation year
For those who use the "University Co-op App (Official)" and Co-op electronic money
To change your name, address, contact phone number, etc., please make the changes through univcoop My Portal
If you wish to change the email address or verification phone number registered with the app, please contact us using the form below
Those who do not use the "University Co-op App (Official)"
You can apply to change your membership information, such as your name, address, and contact phone number
*If you wish to change your affiliation or expected graduation year, please contact us using the "Change of Affiliation/Expected Graduation Year Form."
Changes to information including changes to affiliation and expected graduation year
If you will continue to be enrolled at the University of Tokyo, such as if you are going on to graduate school, your planned graduation year is changing, or you are becoming a faculty member, please do not go through the capital contribution return procedure, but rather go through the change procedure
Reissuance of lost membership card
If you have lost your membership card, please come to the Co-op office with the following items ready:
- Student ID or staff ID, etc., that can verify your enrollment
*If you are a member of the association and live in Tokyo or Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture, please bring an ID card with your address printed on it - Reissue fee: 100 yen
*If you are switching to the electronic membership card on the "University Co-op App (Official)", the above procedure is not necessary
After registering for the app, you can also use Co-op electronic money
Mutual Aid/Insurance
By becoming a member, you can join the university co-op's mutual aid and insurance plans
Please consider joining to ensure you can spend your university life safely 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and graduate safely

Hongo Campus Bicycle Parking Application
Registration for Hongo area bicycle parking permits and motorcycle parking permits is accepted at the Hongo Second Purchasing Department and the Faculty of Agriculture Purchasing Department
