Q:
I really liked the limited edition fried chicken that was on sale around spring this year. Are there any plans to sell it again? If so, please let me know the recipe
A:
I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed the fried chicken! I hope we can offer it again if the opportunity arises. (The recipe is a trade secret, so I can't share the details... I'm sorry.) We have lots of
other events planned this year, so I hope you'll enjoy the menu at the cafeteria events as well!
Q:
Why do they post fake menus on Twitter every day? It's getting annoying. If you go there and the menu in the live kitchen is different every day, it's just not possible. It's a waste of time
A:
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the menu on Twitter. There was a data mix-up with the menu, resulting in incorrect menu information being displayed.
We have confirmed with the person in charge to ensure that the correct menu is being advertised. Thank you for pointing this out.
Q:
I ordered a kebab wrap, but the staff member who made it added tap water to the hummus sauce bottle and continued using it.
I can imagine that the hummus settles at the bottom and becomes more viscous towards the end, but only the solids settle, and the concentration of the seasoning liquid shouldn't change much from the beginning to the end, so I think it's a bit too simplistic to think that diluting it with tap water will return it to its original concentration. If you
add tap water, the concentration of the solids will return to normal, but the seasoning liquid will only become weaker.
As expected, the sauce was watery, and the kebab was extremely overpowering in terms of the strong flavor of the meat... I was very disappointed, especially since the kebab wraps I had yesterday and the day before were so delicious.
For those who prepare the meals, it may be just one of hundreds or thousands of meals, but for those of us who eat it, it's a precious treat between classes, and it's that enjoyable meal that gives us the strength to keep going. I understand
you are very busy, but could you please at least do something basic like shaking the bottle properly each time before use to prevent solid food from settling at the bottom? I apologize for the inconvenience.
A:
Thank you for your feedback regarding the hummus. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
The hummus is designed to be mixed with water in a specified ratio to make hummus sauce. Upon checking, we found that it had solidified as you pointed out, which is why water was added. Although it is designed to be mixed with the specified amount of water, adding even more water will result in a watery hummus sauce, so we have instructed that a new batch of hummus sauce be used in such cases. We are
truly sorry for causing you any unpleasantness. We are very pleased to hear that you enjoy eating in the cafeteria. All of our staff will strive to live up to your expectations. We hope you will use the Central Cafeteria again.
