On Monday, the cashier was browsing books behind the counter. When I went to pay, she put the book down and processed the payment in a grumpy manner. It wasn't a pleasant experience

Ten years before the renovation..

I used to frequent this cafeteria 10 years ago before the renovation, but now the food isn't as good, and I've started going to other restaurants.
I understand they tried to streamline operations by unifying the menu with other co-op cafeterias, but I think the result is lower customer satisfaction, leading to a vicious cycle of customers leaving and prices rising accordingly. I sincerely wish they would bring back the old cafeteria.
