I got a kebab wrap..

Q:

I had a kebab wrap, and the waiter who made it filled the hummus sauce bottle with tap water and topped it up. I
can imagine that the hummus would accumulate at the bottom and become more viscous towards the end, but it's only the solids that accumulate, and the concentration of the liquid seasoning shouldn't change much from the beginning to the end, so I think it's a bit too simplistic to think that diluting it with tap water will return it to its original concentration. I think that
adding tap water will return the concentration of the solids to its original level, but the liquid seasoning will only become more diluted.
As expected, the sauce was watery, and the meat was very strongly seasoned... I was very disappointed, especially since the kebab wraps I had yesterday and the day before were so delicious.

For those who prepare it, it may be one meal out of hundreds or even thousands, but for those who receive it, it is a precious treat between classes, and having that one meal to look forward to gives them the motivation to work hard again. I understand that
you are very busy, but could you please take basic steps such as shaking the bottle properly each time you use it to prevent solids from settling at the bottom? I apologize for the inconvenience.

A:

Thank you for your feedback regarding the hummus. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Regarding the hummus, the hummus is made by mixing the hummus base and water in the specified ratio to create the hummus sauce. Upon checking, we learned that, as you pointed out, the hummus had solidified, so water was added. Although the hummus is supposed to be mixed with the specified water, adding more water would result in a thin hummus sauce, so we confirmed that in that case, new hummus sauce should be used. We
sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed eating at our cafeteria. All of our staff will do our best to live up to your expectations. We hope you will visit the Central Cafeteria again.

The bean sprouts in the Bang Bang Chicken Tofu were more raw than usual..

Q:

On June 9th, the bean sprouts in the Bang Bang Chicken Tofu seemed to be rawer than usual. Could you please tell me the standard for cooking them? Also, if there was a problem only on that day, please take measures

A:

Regarding your complaint that the bean sprouts in the Bang Bang Chicken Tofu were almost raw, after receiving your complaint, we checked with the staff in charge. The cause was that the tofu was steamed for a shorter time than the prescribed time.
We have trained the staff in charge and other related staff to ensure that steaming is done for the prescribed time.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused on June 9th. Going forward, we will continue to work hard to improve customer service and employee training so that all members can enjoy their meals in comfort.

The Aosa Negitoro Rice Bowl is so delicious..

Q:

The Aosa Negitoro Donburi was so delicious that I ended up ordering it every day.
I usually go home immediately after class, but I stayed at university until late just to have the Aosa Negitoro Donburi, and even had dinner at the cafeteria.
The seaweed's scent gently binds together the grated yam, tuna, and shredded seaweed, creating a unity and deep flavor that sets it apart from the usual Yamakake Negitoro Donburi. It was shockingly delicious. I
'm sad the campaign is ending. I look forward to it being back.

A:

Thank you for your feedback on the Aosa Negitoro Donburi! We use Aosa harvested in Fukushima, which is only harvested seasonally. If there is stock in Fukushima, we will consider offering it! We are considering continuing to offer the Aosa menu, so we hope you will enjoy our other dishes as well

Calbee's Consommé Punch potato chips are not available..

Q:

I went to the store today and they didn't have Calbee's Consommé Punch potato chips. They did have Calbee's Lightly Salted and Chip Star, but not having Consommé Punch is a significant missed opportunity.

https://ranking.net/rankings/best-potatochips
According to the results of these two surveys, Calbee's flavors were the most popular, with Consommé Punch taking the top spot in the latter survey.
to take this opportunity to suggest that they increase sales of Calbee potato chips over Chip Star. If it's simply a case of out-of-stock, please adjust your purchasing amount so that it doesn't happen again. I understand that there are various reasons for this, but I would appreciate your consideration.

A:

Thank you for your valuable feedback

We carry Calbee Consomme Punch in our store, but
it appears that it was out of stock when you visited.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

This product is only delivered once a month, so
it may be out of stock by the end of the month.

We will continue to make efforts to avoid shortages in the future, so
we hope you will continue to support us.

Cheese Imo Mochi is not just for a limited time..

Q:

It was very delicious, but could you please add cheese potato mochi to the regular menu instead of just being a limited-time item?

A:

It will be difficult to add this to the regular menu immediately, but we will share the fact that there are many requests for it to become a regular item during the general menu discussion

Improving access to nutrition labels..

Q:

I'd like to see improved access to nutritional information. The nutritional information for each menu item is only posted at the entrance and pick-up area, and I can't find it online, so I have to take a photo of it. You can also view it in your usage history on the app, but it's difficult to read and a hassle. Could you please make the nutritional information for each menu item available on your website or Twitter?

A:

Nutritional values and allergen information available online are currently provided on the Gakushoku.co.jp website (link provided below). This is a site shared by all university co-ops, not just the UTokyo Co-op, so it does not include the UTokyo Co-op original menu, but we hope you will make use of it.
Furthermore, as this information has not been sufficiently publicized, we have taken your feedback into consideration and will be displaying posters with information about Gakushoku.co.jp at the cafeteria entrances.

If you bring your own lunch..

Q:

If I don't buy anything at the cafeteria and just eat the lunch I brought with me, can I still use the cafeteria?

A:

In the dining hall, priority is generally given to those using the dining hall menu. In particular, during the busiest hours between 12 and 1pm, even those who have purchased a dining hall menu are asked to share the space, so we ask that those who only bring their own food or are not eating in refrain from using the space. If you would like, we would be grateful if you could purchase at least one dish in the dining hall. (The cheapest menu item is miso soup (priced at 44 yen)

Additionally, from mid-May, the hall on the second floor of the cafeteria will be open to the public from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on weekdays after the cafeteria closes. Please feel free to use this area for eating and drinking, studying, chatting, etc

Can base money also be used to pay for the central cafeteria?

Q:

Can I use base money (not just cafeteria money) to pay at the central cafeteria?

A:

You can also use "Base Money" in the cafeteria. However, if you use "School Money," you will receive points based on the amount you spend. (1 point is added to Base Money for every 200 yen spent.) We recommend paying with "School Money" to receive the points you earn
