Given that the operating hours are already short and the regular menu doesn't change much, shortening the hours by more than an hour at times is simply unacceptable.

There's a sign saying that it gets busy at lunchtime, so they go out of their way to accommodate this by changing the opening time, but the result is fewer menu options, which is rude regardless of stock

maintenance, we have resumed operations from 11:00 to 14:00 starting today. We set planned meal quantities based on usage trends for each menu item and weekly usage trends, while minimizing food waste. In cases where usage is higher than expected, we may sell out before opening hours, but we will increase the planned meal quantities for subsequent visits.
