Q:
It's a restaurant, but I feel like the quality has been declining recently. Today, the rice wasn't cooked properly, so it wasn't chewy and didn't taste good at all. I also ordered a hamburger steak with demi-glace sauce, but the meat was so thick I hesitated to call it a hamburger steak. It made me wonder if there was really meat in it. The latter is probably a matter of personal preference, but I think everyone would agree with the former. I would like to see some improvement
A:
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Regarding the two points you raised, firstly, the rice: We immediately checked the situation on-site. As of 4:40 PM, there were slight differences in the rice being served at different stations, but we will discard the rice and replace it with rice that has been re-cooked according to the instructions in the manual. Furthermore, from today onward, we will share your feedback with the staff in charge of rice cooking and ensure that they strictly adhere to the manual and conduct quality checks by tasting the cooked rice to prevent recurrence.
Next, regarding the hamburger steak: The hamburger steak used in the "Hamburger Steak with Demi-glace Sauce" is an ingredient used throughout the entire university cooperative. We will share your feedback at a meeting where we discuss menus and ingredients as a whole. We cannot promise immediate improvement, so we apologize in advance.
Q:
The tuna yukke, which was a special item, was delicious, so I hope it will be added to the regular menu!!
A:
Thank you for trying our temporary menu item, "Tuna Yukhoe," and for your kind words. We are very pleased. This dish was created on the spot to reduce food waste by using leftover tuna from our currently very popular "Tuna Toro Donburi." We
will take your feedback into consideration when developing future menu items. Please look forward to the day it becomes a permanent menu item.

Q:
There was a large amount of green stain on the inside of the white glass.
I took a sip without noticing and felt very sick.
I imagine you've received many complaints about the glass cleaning process, but do you have no intention of improving it?
A:
Regarding the washing of teacups, we previously received a similar complaint, and in response, we changed our operation to include bleaching twice a week in addition to regular washing. We have not received any similar complaints since then. We
will share this feedback with our staff again and re-examine our work operations and checks.
Q:
The tanmen at the noodle corner was delicious. Is there any possibility of it being brought back to other restaurants in the future?
*I would like to eat as many vegetables as possible at once.
Also, is it possible to order only stir-fried vegetables?
Raw vegetables are bulky, so I would appreciate it if you could prepare stir-fried vegetables instead.
By the way, I always enjoy the okra!
A:
Thank you again for your feedback.
Thank you for trying the "Tanmen" (noodle soup). We are very pleased with your kind words. Regarding the availability of "Tanmen" at the Second Cafeteria and the Faculty of Agriculture Cafeteria, it will continue to be offered at the Second Cafeteria, and at the Faculty of Agriculture Cafeteria, it has been offered on a rotating basis.
As for the "stir-fried vegetables," the Central Cafeteria will be offering "Pork and Vegetable Stir-fry with Savory Salt" at the cafeteria corner for one week only next week. Please give it a try. If we receive many requests after that, we will consider bringing it back on the menu.
