I'm an undergraduate student with allergies..
Q:
I am an undergraduate student with allergies to wheat, rice, and fruit.
I appreciate that the cafeteria displays allergy information, but there are hardly any wheat-free options, so I can hardly eat anything.
I didn't realize it until recently because I've only recently developed a wheat allergy, but a lot of food contains wheat.
I've given up on finding suitable options at regular restaurants, but I would really appreciate it if the university co-op cafeteria could offer at least one wheat-allergy-friendly dish as a main course.
