When ordering white rice or barley rice...

Q:

When I order white rice or barley rice, the way a particular waiter measures it doesn't make sense, and it always bothers me.
Specifically, the bowl is held in the hand and tapped on the scale for a moment, and then served. This distributes the weight so that it is impossible to check the exact value, and it does not even appear as if the value on the scale is being checked with the naked eye.
The cafeteria is open in the evenings, so it's unlikely that they were too busy during peak season.
As part of nutritional management, we use large, medium and small portions as appropriate, so please be mindful of serving meals according to the prescribed amounts.

A:

We will once again thoroughly instruct all staff on how to measure the specified amount.

Menu information published on comenu and...

Q:

There are often discrepancies between the menu information posted on comenu and the menu actually served in the restaurant (and the menu on the electronic bulletin board at the restaurant entrance) (for example, today, fried white fish was not actually served).
Detailed nutritional information can only be checked through comenu, and these often do not match, which can throw off nutrition calculations.
I understand that sudden changes can occur due to the availability of ingredients, but even so, it seems like they are happening too frequently, so I would like you to consider revising your menu posting system, etc.

A:

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the issue with comenu. As you mentioned, there are many cases where ingredients change on the day of the event, and we have received your feedback. We will review our operations to make corrections on the day as much as possible.

Even though cup noodles and other items were being distributed...

Q:

Regarding the issue of cup noodles and other samples being distributed, but the use of pots is prohibited.
I would like them to clearly state that this is prohibited. As far as I can tell, I did not find any such wording on the notices, in X's mailbox, or in the calls made by the distribution staff. I went through the register to have lunch including the distributed items, but I was prohibited from using the kettle on the spot, and since I didn't have enough for lunch without the distributed items, I had to line up again. Since the kettle was being distributed right in front of me, I don't think I'm the only one who thought I could make it by adding hot water on the spot. If many people make the same mistake as me, the area around the register will become crowded, which will be detrimental to both the purchasing department and the customers. I would appreciate your response.

A:

Thank you for your feedback regarding the distribution of samples. Because it would be very crowded if everyone used the water heaters from the samples, we have decided to limit the use of water heaters for the sample distribution products.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will make sure to post information on notices etc. in the future.
