Why am I on Twitter every day?

Why do they post fake menus on Twitter every day? It's getting annoying. If you go there and the menu in the live kitchen is different every day, it's just not possible. It's a waste of time

I got a kebab wrap..

I had a kebab wrap, and the waiter who made it filled a bottle of hummus sauce with tap water and added more
It's easy to imagine that the hummus will accumulate at the bottom and become more viscous towards the end, but since only solid matter accumulates and the concentration of the liquid seasoning shouldn't change much from the beginning to the end, it seems a bit too simplistic to think that diluting it with tap water will return it to its original concentration
If you add tap water, the concentration of the solids will return to normal, but I think the seasoning will only become more diluted
As expected, the sauce was watery and the meat was very strongly seasoned...I was very disappointed as the kebab wraps I had yesterday and the day before were very delicious

For those who prepare it, it may be one meal out of hundreds or even thousands, but for those who receive it, it is a precious treat between classes, and having that one meal to look forward to gives them the motivation to work hard again

Regarding hummus, to make hummus sauce, the instructions say to mix hummus base and water in the specified ratio. After checking, we learned that, as you pointed out, it had solidified, so water was added. Although it is specified to be mixed with the specified water, adding more water will result in a thin hummus sauce, so we confirmed that in that case, new hummus sauce should be used
