Chilled salted pork and grated udon noodles are back..

The inari sushi was delicious..

I'd like to keep the Sarasara Toncha tea for a longer period..

In a conspicuous place next to the cash register..

I think some of the dishes have a high salt content..

Q:

I think some of the menu items have a high salt content. Personally, I find the seasoning too salty.
The "Dietary Reference Intakes for Japanese (2020 Edition)" sets the daily salt intake target at 7.5g for men and 6.5g for women, so I believe that 2-2.5g of salt per meal is appropriate. However, for example, curry rice has 4.0g of salt, so if you try to eat meals that comply with this standard, your menu options are extremely limited.
In order to maintain and educate users about their health, I would like you to reconsider the seasoning of the menu items.

Regarding the menu, we are providing a joint menu from the University Co-op. We would like to share your opinion regarding the salt content
