Q:
I think some of the dishes have a high salt content. Personally, I feel that the seasoning is too salty
The Dietary Reference Intakes for Japanese (2020 edition) sets the daily salt intake target at 7.5g for men and 6.5g for women, so it is considered appropriate to have around 2-2.5g of salt per meal. However, if you try to eat meals that comply with this standard, for example, curry rice has 4.0g of salt, so the menu options are very limited
In order to help maintain and educate our users on the health of their meals, could you please reconsider the seasonings on your menu?
A:
Regarding the menu, we are providing a joint menu from the University Co-op. We would like to share your opinion regarding the salt content
Q:
Recently, more and more people have been waiting at the central cafeteria to reserve a spot with their luggage and accessories before ordering. As a result, there are no people but there are no seats, and I get anxious during the short lunch break.
I would like to see a strict ban on taking up space before ordering.
Thank you.
A:
We apologize for any inconvenience caused regarding the space reservation. We were aware of this and called for a ban on seating reservations, but we were unable to prevent this in time. In the future, we will further strengthen our measures, including holding POPs where seating is not allowed and continuing to call out customers.
Q:
Igakuken Shokudo's menu is sometimes uploaded to "Notice" or "Shokudo", and it's always a mess, so it's hard to find it, so please unify it.
A:
If you are searching by category, we have unified the tags so that you can search by ``Canteen/Purchase Complex'' or by ``Medical Research Institute'' if you are searching by campus.
