Q:
On October 16th, I ate a black pepper stir-fried vegetable set meal at the Komaba 2nd floor cafeteria and found a triangular piece of plastic measuring 2-3cm on each side. It was likely contaminated with the bag containing the ingredients.
In this case, the object was relatively large, so I noticed it before eating. However, if it were a smaller object, it could easily go unnoticed and be eaten as is, potentially causing health problems. I fully understand
that it is difficult to completely prevent foreign objects from being found by the human eye, but when a foreign object of that size is found, I cannot help but question your hygiene management system. I once again request that you thoroughly implement hygiene management.
A:
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We have shared this information with our staff and will once again thoroughly check the cooking and plating process to ensure this does not happen again
Q:
I believe the TOEIC IP exam was scheduled to be held in 2022, but is there a possibility that it will be held this year? It would be much more cost-effective than the general exam and would be helpful to many people, so I would be very happy if it could be held
A:
The TOEIC IP exam is held every year in September, with an in-person exam and an online exam in March. This year's September exam has already concluded, and the next one is scheduled for March. When it is held, information will be posted on the Global Education Center Kashiwa Branch website. Last year, information about the March exam began around mid-December, so if you are in the area, please check the latest information from the Global Education Center Kashiwa Branch
