If you try to drink tea from a cup..

The Saturday and Sunday of the May Festival will be quite crowded..

It was my first time using it..

The staff are chatting and it's noisy..

I feel like the quality has gone down recently..

Q:

It's a restaurant, but I feel like the quality has been declining recently. Today, the rice wasn't cooked properly, so it wasn't chewy and didn't taste good at all. I also ordered a hamburger steak with demi-glace sauce, but the meat was so thick I hesitated to call it a hamburger steak. It made me wonder if there was really meat in it. The latter is probably a matter of personal preference, but I think everyone would agree with the former. I would like to see some improvement

A:

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Regarding the two points you mentioned, regarding the rice, we immediately checked the situation on-site. As of 4:40 PM, there was a slight discrepancy in the rice being served between the different stations. We discarded the rice and replaced it with rice that had been recooked according to the instructions in the manual. From today onward, we will share your feedback with the rice cooker and reconfirm the rice's quality by tasting the cooked rice and strictly adhering to the instructions, in an effort to prevent a recurrence.
Next, regarding the hamburger steak. The hamburger steak used in our "hamburger steak demi-glace" is an ingredient used throughout the entire university co-op. We will share your feedback with the entire co-op when we discuss menus and ingredients. We cannot promise immediate improvements, so we apologize in advance.

The special tuna yukke was delicious..

Q:

The tuna yukke, which was a special item, was delicious, so I hope it will be added to the regular menu!!

A:

Thank you for trying our special menu item "Tuna Yukhoe" and for your kind words. We are very happy. This menu was created on the spot using the leftover tuna from our currently very popular "Magutoro Donburi" in order to reduce food waste. We
will use your feedback to develop future menu items. Please look forward to the day it becomes a menu item.

Minced lotus root is too salty..

If you wish, I'll make you a Mala chicken..

Inside the white cup..

Q:

There was a large amount of green stains on the inside of a white cup.
I took a sip without noticing and it made me feel very sick.
I understand that there have been many complaints about the cleaning of the cups, but are there any plans to improve this?

A:

Regarding the teacup washing process, when we received a similar complaint previously, we changed our operations to include bleaching twice a week in addition to the regular washing. We have not received any similar complaints since then. We
will share this complaint with our staff and re-examine our work operations and checks.

The tanmen was very tasty..

Q:

The tanmen in the noodle section was very delicious. Is there a possibility that it will be revived in other restaurants in the future?
*I would like to eat vegetables in bulk as much as possible.

Also, is it possible to serve just stir-fried vegetables?
Raw vegetables just take up space, so I would prefer stir-fried vegetables.
By the way, I always enjoy the okra!

A:

Thank you again for your feedback.
Thank you for trying our "Tanmen." We are very happy to receive your kind words. "Tanmen" will be served at the Second Cafeteria and the Faculty of Agriculture Cafeteria, and will be served on a daily basis at the Second Cafeteria.
Regarding "stir-fried vegetables," the Central Cafeteria will be offering "Stir-fried Pork and Vegetables with Salt" in the cafeteria corner for one week only next week. Please give it a try. If we receive many requests after that, we will consider offering it again.
