I wish they would make their own curry roux. It has a strong retort feel and isn't worth the price

Currently, we use curry roux exclusively for the University Co-op (made in bulk at a factory and delivered to each store). If we were to make it ourselves, the selling price would be higher due to labor costs, gas costs, and other expenses, and we would not be able to serve as many servings, so we have decided to keep it as it is
