At the Central Dining Hall, we mainly serve grilled salted Atka mackerel in the hot case, and about once a month we also serve grilled salted mackerel.We also have a set meal corner on weekdays from 11am to 2pm where we offer a variety of fish dishes that change daily, so we hope you will enjoy them as well

On June 9th, the bean sprouts in the Bang Bang Chicken Tofu seemed to be rawer than usual. Could you please tell me the standard for cooking them? Also, if there was a problem only on that day, please take measures

Regarding your complaint that the bean sprouts in the Bang Bang Chicken Tofu were almost raw, after receiving your complaint, we checked with the staff in charge. The cause was that the tofu was steamed for a shorter time than the prescribed time.
We have trained the staff in charge and other related staff to ensure that steaming is done for the prescribed time.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused on June 9th. Going forward, we will continue to work hard to improve customer service and employee training so that all members can enjoy their meals in comfort.

The Aosa Negitoro Donburi was so delicious that I ended up ordering it every day.
I usually go home immediately after class, but I stayed at university until late just to have the Aosa Negitoro Donburi, and even had dinner at the cafeteria.
The seaweed's scent gently binds together the grated yam, tuna, and shredded seaweed, creating a unity and deep flavor that sets it apart from the usual Yamakake Negitoro Donburi. It was shockingly delicious. I
'm sad the campaign is ending. I look forward to it being back.

Thank you for your feedback on the Aosa Negitoro Donburi! We use Aosa harvested in Fukushima, which is only harvested seasonally. If there is stock in Fukushima, we will consider offering it! We are considering continuing to offer the Aosa menu, so we hope you will enjoy our other dishes as well

It was very delicious, but could you please add cheese potato mochi to the regular menu instead of just being a limited-time item?
