We were aware of the issue and had made calls to prohibit people from reserving seats, but we were unable to prevent it in time. We are currently further strengthening our measures, posting notices prohibiting people from reserving seats and further strengthening calls to prohibit people from reserving seats

The Dietary Reference Intakes for Japanese (2020 edition) sets the daily salt intake target at 7.5g for men and 6.5g for women, so it is considered appropriate to have around 2-2.5g of salt per meal. We apologize for any inconvenience caused regarding the space reservation. We were aware of this and called for a ban on seating reservations, but we were unable to prevent this in time. In the future, we will further strengthen our measures, including holding POPs where seating is not allowed and continuing to call out customers.
