Q:
At around 11:50, a group of about 10 passengers, who appeared to be families, were seen repeatedly yelling, "We've already taken these seats, so don't sit down without permission."
I was worried that this might lead to trouble because they were yelling at people who were already seated, which I understand was probably an allegation that they were reserving seats.
Recently, there are many outside visitors even during peak hours, and it seems like many people are reserving seats.
I think it's impossible to completely prevent seat reserving, but is it difficult to take some kind of measure even during peak hours?
A:
Thank you for always using Chuo Shokudo. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by people reserving seats. We were aware of the issue and had made calls to prohibit people from reserving seats, but we were unable to prevent it in time. We are currently further strengthening our measures, posting notices prohibiting people from reserving seats and further strengthening calls to prohibit people from reserving seats

Q:
I think some of the menu items have a high salt content. Personally, I find the seasoning too salty.
The "Dietary Reference Intakes for Japanese (2020 Edition)" sets the daily salt intake target at 7.5g for men and 6.5g for women, so I believe that 2-2.5g of salt per meal is appropriate. However, for example, curry rice has 4.0g of salt, so if you try to eat meals that comply with this standard, your menu options are extremely limited.
In order to maintain and educate users about their health, I would like you to reconsider the seasoning of the menu items.
A:
Regarding the menu, we are providing a joint menu from the University Co-op. We would like to share your opinion regarding the salt content
Q:
Recently, there have been many people reserving seats at the Central Dining Hall with their belongings or small items before going to order. This has resulted in situations where there are no seats available even though there are no other customers, which makes me anxious during the short lunch break.
I would like to see a stricter ban on reserving seats before ordering.
Thank you.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by people reserving seats. We were aware of the issue and had been calling for people not to reserve seats, but we were unable to prevent it in time. We will further strengthen our measures going forward, including posting notices not to reserve seats and continuing to make calls
