The nutritional value of curry rice includes not only the curry roux and rice, but also the nutritional value of Fukujinzuke and the amount of vegetables.
●Curry and rice (small) Uses 130g of curry roux Uses 20g of fukujinzuke ●Curry and rice (large) Uses 190g of curry roux Uses 20g of fukujinzuke
The amount of fukujinzuke used in curry and rice is the same regardless of size, so the amount of vegetables and salt equivalent in each menu is not proportional.
