Catalog shopping (UC-OS)
We have a wide range of products designed for use in laboratories and university offices. Please order from each store in-store, by email, or on the dedicated EC site (UC-OS). Membership registration is required to use UC-OS. Please send the membership registration application form to your store using the link below. Delivery from the store to your home is also possible, but please note that there will be an additional shipping charge of 880 yen per item. If you would like the item to be delivered to your home, please be sure to notify the receiving store after placing your order online.

Customized PC
Please obtain a customized configuration or quotation from the university co-op page of each manufacturer, and bring it to each co-op store or contact us by email. Depending on the manufacturer, it may be significantly delayed from the displayed estimated delivery date. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations, changes, or returns once an order has been placed at the store. For details, please contact each store.

Only parts for assembled PCs and BTO PCs posted on the following website can be ordered.
Please print out the page with the product you want and come to the store after printing it out, or place an order by e-mail.
The price of assembly parts will be the indicated "regular net price" + handling fee (5% of the price including tax).
BTO personal computers (G-GEAR, eXcomputer series) will be offered at the web price.
(Special prices that require membership registration, limited stock, web-only items, and other items other than regular prices are not supported. In addition, if one order is 5,000 yen or less, shipping may be charged.)
We cannot handle products other than the above listed on this site (general manufacturer personal computers, various peripherals, software, etc.). Thank you for your understanding.
As for the delivery date, it takes about 2 to 3 days for parts that are in stock, and about 10 days for BTO computers. If you are in a hurry, please check with the store.

What is a CLP license?
CLP is an abbreviation for Contractual Licensing Program, and it is a program that allows organizations to purchase products at a reasonable price during the period by making a contract with Adobe every two years. The University of Tokyo has a CLP contract with Adobe every two years, so you can purchase CLP licenses at your affiliated institutions such as laboratories and offices at the University of Tokyo.
Terms of purchase and terms of use
You can purchase it at the laboratory, office, etc. of the University of Tokyo. For registration, please fill in the name and affiliation of the representative at the time of application. The representative must be a teacher or a staff member, not a student. Also, use is limited to research and office work, and it can only be installed on PCs purchased with research funds. It cannot be installed on a personal computer and cannot be used for personal use.
Purchase method and price
Unlike regular licenses, you can purchase as little as 1 license. Delivery will take approximately 2 weeks to 1 month due to registration etc. Prices vary depending on the product, but are approximately 25%-30% cheaper than regular academic packages.
