For those who plan to go on to graduate school at the University of Tokyo Please complete procedures such as joining the co-op.

Co-op membership

*During the new semester (March-April), we ask that you subscribe online, as it will be very crowded.

For those who are advancing from other universities

Please follow the procedures for joining the University of Tokyo Co-op.
It is possible to apply for enrollment prior to enrollment.
You can apply online or at the counter, but we ask that you use the website to reduce congestion.
●Please complete the procedure from [Subscription Web System] between March 1, 2024 (Friday) and April 23, 2024 (Tuesday).
*If you have completed the renewal procedures for CO・OP Student Comprehensive Mutual Aid, Student Liability Insurance, etc., please click here for other plans.

●Periods other than the above: Please follow the procedure from the button below.

*If you are going to study at another university that has a university co-op, please complete the procedure for withdrawal (refund of investment) at the university co-op you are currently enrolled in, and then join the University of Tokyo co-op again. Each university co-op has different deadlines and procedures for withdrawal, so please check with each university co-op.

For students advancing from the University of Tokyo

(Those going on to graduate school at the University of Tokyo, those whose planned graduation year will change, those who will become faculty members, etc.)Please follow the procedure below to change your membership information.

Union membership cards will not be rewritten or reissued. Please follow the procedure for migrating to the electronic membership card of the university co-op app.
If you wish to receive a paper membership card due to terminal conditions, please request it in the form.

* Rewriting is also possible at the co-op window (Komaba: Komaba Office, Hongo: Member Center).
Please bring your membership card and student ID card.

Comprehensive Student Mutual Aid, Student Liability Insurance, Tuition Expense Insurance

Those who have already joined

This is guaranteed until the graduation of undergraduate students, so procedures for continuation are required.
Please complete the procedures before the expiration date.

*If you wish to continue to be covered by mutual aid/insurance that you were enrolled in at another university, please follow the procedure for moving out (change of affiliation) at the co-op you belonged to. After that, you will need to complete the procedures for joining the University of Tokyo Co-op and for moving into mutual aid/insurance.

Not currently a member

You can join by becoming a member of the University of Tokyo Co-op.

University co-op app/co-op electronic money

Users of other university co-ops

The "co-op electronic money" used at other university co-ops cannot be used.
Please use the address you registered with the University of Tokyo Co-op to sign up for the University Co-op app.
If you use the same address, please "sign out" once, and select the information of the University of Tokyo Co-op when you "sign in" again.

Users of the University of Tokyo

You can continue to use it at the Hongo Campus and Komaba Campus co-op cafeterias and purchases.
