■ About your order

• Purchases of items available in-store using school funds can be made at the service counter
• For inquiries about ordering via email, please let us know the name and quantity of the product you wish to order, as well as your budget. We will then send you a quote
• ordercontact us by 2 PM the day before your desired pick-up or delivery date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) if you wish to change or cancel your. However, please note that changes or cancellations are not possible for special order items after the order has been placed.
• The contents and prices of the products we handle are subject to change without notice
• Even if an item is not in stock, it may be possible to order it for you. Please contact the store for details

■ About delivery

• Products purchased at the Hongo Second Bookstore will generally only be delivered to the Hongo Campus and Asano Campus. (For deliveries to other locations, Yamato Transport shipping fees will apply.)
• Deliveries aremade on weekdays either in the morning (between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM) or in the afternoon (between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM). We cannot deliver on weekends or public holidays, nor can we accommodate specific time requests.
• For deliveries, payment methods other than school funds are either cash on delivery or advance payment at the store
• Beverages will be delivered at room temperature. (If you require refrigerated delivery, please pick it up at the store.)

■ Orders for Ogi Bento

• The Ogi Bento box is only available at the Hongo Second Store
• Please use the "Ogi Bento Order Form" shown below. Please send your order to the Second Purchasing Department via email or fax. (Please attach a PDF version of the completed form to your email. Second Purchasing Department email address: s2comn@mail.utcoop.or.jp)
• Lunch boxes can be picked up at the Second Bookstore or delivered. Delivery isof 5 or more lunch boxes or a total order of 5,000 yen or more. Delivery is also only available to the Hongo Campus and Asano Campus.
• The order deadlineis 5 PM two business days before the delivery date (*). Similarly, please contact us by 5 PM two business days before the delivery date for any changes or cancellations to your order. Please contact us if you need to make any urgent changes. Please note that the closing days of the Second Purchasing Department Service Counter (Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and temporary closures) are not included in the business days.

• Regarding payment, you can choose to pay with either personal funds or school funds. Also, if you pick up your lunch at the Second School Store, payment is required either in advance or upon pickup. For delivery,before the delivery dateto make payment (cash on delivery is not available).
• For bulk orders (30 or more), please contact us at least 7 business days in advance
• "Hajikami" contains additives that are not available at the university co-op, so even if you order it through the co-op, it will not be included. Thank you for your understanding
• If you would like a custom-made bento box other than the standard fan-shaped bento, please contact the store
