The University of Tokyo Co-op Cafeteria Acquisition of Vegan Certification
In October 2021, the University of Tokyo Co-op acquired vegan certification supervised by NPO Veggie Project Japan. From now on, Veggie Project Japan will be able to provide advice on overall initiatives and information on ingredients and business partners.
