If the problem persists, please contact us via the inquiry form . Q: I'd like to know if there are any plans to restock out-of-stock textbooks. A: Restock information is posted on the store's bulletin board, the textbook information page, and on Twitter (@komabatextbook). If the problem persists, please contact us via the inquiry form . Q: Is it possible to reserve or order textbooks? A: We generally do not accept reservations. We can order items that are not in stock at the store (items not listed) . Please contact us via the inquiry form . Q: Is it possible to return or exchange items? A: Please refer to the guidelines posted in the product list . Q: Is mail order possible? A: Yes, it is. Please refer to this page . All items in stock at the store can be ordered. However, for newly stocked items, there may be a 1-2 day delay in updating the list. Q: Can I buy just one book at the store? A: Yes, you can. For convenience, some items are sold in sets of multiple books, but we are also preparing to make them available for individual purchase. Q: Should I buy reference books? A: Reference books have various uses, so we cannot say which is better. Please make your own judgment based on explanations given in class, etc. Q: What does "Recommended by the Co-op" in the product list mean? A: We cannot definitively say that these are designated textbooks or reference books, nor can we identify specific classes or teachers, but these are items that are purchased in large numbers every year. *The Co-op may not be aware that these are actually designated textbooks or reference books.
