1. How to register students themselves

①Set a password
　「here” and authenticate your email address.
　*This is the email address you registered when you joined the co-op, but if you wish to change it, please clickhere”.
　

②Enter the authentication code and set a password
　Enter the verification code sent to your registered email address,
　When the screen changes, please set a password.

3. Download the app

Please download the app!

4. Flow from downloading the app to using it

① Sign in
　After launching the app, press "Sign in" and sign in using your registered email address.
　*Please do not log in using social accounts.
　

② Perform multi-factor authentication
　Due to multi-factor authentication, please authenticate using your phone number.

　

③ Perform initial app settings
　Make settings for using Co-op Money.
　Launch the app, select the option "Use payment function",
　Please authenticate using your mobile number and email address.
　

④Log in to pokepay
　Press the "Login" button and then the "Allow access" button.

　

⑤Register additional information
　Select "Set" for additional information and authenticate with the authentication code using the method displayed in the app.

　

⑥Edit additional corrections, etc.
　Select the item you want to add or change and follow the on-screen instructions to set the authentication information.
　If there are no problems, press "Finish" and "Payment" to finish.

　

This completes the settings for using the app! !

Change your registered email address

①「here” and confirm your date of birth.
　

②Enter your association membership number and registered email address and send the passcode.
　*The membership number is listed in the payment completion email.

③A passcode has been sent to your registered email address, so confirm it.

④「here”, enter your membership number and date of birth, and search for your registered email address.

⑤ Check the displayed email address and enter the email address you want to change.
　

⑥ Check the sent passcode and move to the passcode entry screen from the URL at the bottom of the email content.
After entering your passcode, your email address change will be completed.

• Inquiries about app errorsIf an error is displayed when signing in after signing up for the app (portal registration), please apply using the app error request form. *To sign up for the app, you will need the email address registered as member information. If you receive an error even if you try using the correct address, please apply using the form.
