★Steps to use★

1. How to register yourself

2. Download the app

Please download the app!

3. Configure the app

① After launching the app you want to sign in to
　, press "Sign In" and sign in using your registered email address.
　*Do not log in with a social media account.
　

② Multi-
　factor authentication is required. Please authenticate using your phone number.

　

③ Initial App Setup: This
　involves setting up the app to use Co-op Money.
　Launch the app, select the "Use Payment Function" option, and
　authenticate using your mobile phone number and email address.
　

④ To log in to pokepay
　, press the "Login" button and then the "Allow Access" button.

　

⑤ Register additional information.
　Select "Set" for additional information and authenticate using the authentication code displayed in the app.

　

⑥ Edit any additional or corrected items.
　Select the items you want to add or change, and follow the on-screen instructions to set your authentication information.
　If there are no problems, press "Complete" and then "Pay" to finish.

　

This completes the setup for using the app!

Change the registered email address

① Access "here" and verify your date of birth.
　

② Enter your membership number and registered email address, then submit the passcode.
　*Your membership number is included in the payment confirmation email.

③A passcode will be sent to your registered email address, so please confirm the passcode

④ Access "here," enter your membership number and date of birth, and search for your registered email address.

⑤Check the displayed email address and enter the email address you want to change
　

⑥ Check the passcode sent to you and go to the passcode entry screen via the URL at the bottom of the email.
After entering the passcode, your email address change will be completed.

4. Inquiries and when you have problems

• App Error Inquiry:If you encounter an error when signing in after signing up for the app (portal registration), please submit a request using the app error request form. *App sign-up requires the email address registered as your member information. Please submit the form only if you still encounter an error even after using the correct email address.

• For inquiries
  other than app errors, such as those related to your device or other issues preventing you from using the app or cafeteria money, or those who cannot confirm the transfer of their remaining balance from their cafeteria pass, please contact the Member Center by email.
