In response to the voice of “I want to eat fish!” Uogashi Hongo

 In response to the deep-rooted desire of students and faculty at the University of Tokyo to eat fish, we have opened Uogashi Hongo in collaboration with Toyosu Market in order to respond head-on to this old yet new desire. . The fish are carefully selected by Mr. Koichi Ogawa, the third generation owner of Tsukiji Uogashi. Currently, we focus on seafood bowls, but we plan to expand our menu to include a variety of fish in the future.
