Original bento tasting event
Twenty-two cooperative members participated in the original bento tasting party held on June 16th. At the tasting party, the staff of the cafeteria department actually created bento recipes based on the four menus selected by the purchasing department and the cafeteria department. Based on the submitted menu, we reproduced it as a bento style that can be manufactured in the cafeteria and tasted it.
Each menu designer listened to the thoughts put into the recipe, and the taste, appearance, price, volume, and tasting were conducted. In addition, we were able to hold a tasting exchange meeting while listening to the impressions and opinions of the purchase department and the cafeteria department.
Grand Prix "Sesame fragrance ♪ Sweet and spicy komaba bowl"
Voting was held after the tasting session on the day, and PN: Mr. Mitarashi devised it in a close battle."Sesame fragrance ♪ Sweet and spicy komaba bowl"has been selected as the grand prix of the original bento!
This bento is a special rice bowl made with pork "Koma" meat and shiso (Oba). It is characterized by the aroma of sesame and the salty-sweet flavor, and you will definitely be captivated with just one bite.
