2023 Annual General Meeting Report

◼ Venue: The University of Tokyo Hongo Campus Academic Research Building 1st floor, No. 3 classroom
◼ Attendance: 204 representatives
➡ 171 attendees (36 in person, 1 by delegate, 134 in writing)
➡ 49 participants other than the valedictorian (21 executives, 4 electoral officials, 16 co-op staff/secretariat, 8 general public)

All proposals were passed and approved by an overwhelming majority (approved by a majority of the representatives present).

There were 33 candidates out of the fixed number of 30 directors, and 11 out of the fixed number of 11 auditors. . about the results announcementPlease confirm.
[Report on the 1st board meeting]
At the first board of directors meeting held after the general meeting, the chairman, vice chairman, and managing director were elected from each other, and the representative director was selected.
