Those who are enrolled in the University Co-op's mutual aid and insurance can use the "Mutual Aid My Page."
You can do the following through your Mutual Aid My Page:
● Check your coverage details
● Claim injury outpatient benefits
● Change your address and phone number
● Reissue or electronic issuance of deduction certificates, etc.
If you haven't registered yet, please do so.
