● Membership cards have been replaced with "electronic membership cards" that can be displayed on the app, and "Co-op electronic money" that can be used at all Co-op stores was launched in September 2022.

● Business hours and announcements can also be easily accessed from the app.

- Inquiries regarding app errors If you receive an error when signing in after signing up for the app (portal registration), please submit a request using the app error request form. *To sign up for the app, you will need the email address registered as your member information. If you receive an error even when using the correct address, please submit a request using the form.

- For inquiries
other than app errors, such as those who are unable to use the app or Gakushoku Money due to device issues, or those who are unable to confirm the transfer of remaining funds from the Gakushoku Pass, please contact the Member Center by email.

| *As a general rule, we will not handle cancellations or refunds when switching to Gakushoku Money. Except in special cases such as when the app cannot be used on your device, we ask that you continue to use Gakushoku Money within the app. *We will handle refunds for special circumstances, such as international students who are about to return to their home country and are unable to use the app after the switch. Please note that refunds will be made on or after the next business day after the request is made . |
