Shipping process from the store

1. Bring the package you want to ship to the Co-op store
2. Fill out the Yamato Transport shipping label
3. Payment can be made by personal, academic, or research funds. An invoice will be issued on the spot

[Important Notes for Store Shipping]
Cool delivery items cannot be brought to the co-op store. They can only be collected at the research laboratory.
●The approximate collection times at the store on weekdays are as follows:
Second Purchasing Department: Around 4:00 PM Faculty of Agriculture: Around 3:30 PM Items
can be accepted after these times, but will be shipped the following day. There is no collection on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Shipping process from the laboratory

1. Please request pickup from Yamato Transport.
   The phone numbers are 0120-01-9625 (toll-free) or 080-5045-3947 (direct line to the driver).
2. When collecting, please tell the driver "School Fee Slip from Co-op"
3. Please fill out the "Billing Contact Form for Direct Pickup" below along with the TA-Q-BIN shipping slip and hand it over to Yamato Transport
4. The Co-op store will contact you as soon as the school fee slip is ready. Please come to the store to pick up your school fee slip (it may take 2-3 days from the date of shipment). Please present your university ID when you visit the store

[Points to note when shipping from the store]

• Items that can be paid for at the Co-op → Prepaid courier or refrigerated delivery
• For packages that cannot be paid for by school funds at the co-op: Cash on delivery, international courier service, or express courier service
  (international courier service and express courier service are not handled by the co-op). Please contact us for details.
• If Yamato Transport collects the items from the laboratory, an additional 100 yen per item will be charged as a collection fee
• If you bring the item to a Yamato Transport office, it will not be refunded using school fees

  A. We are very sorry, but the co-op cannot accommodate this. With the cooperation of Yamato Transport's Hongo Campus branch, we can only handle shipments from research labs on the Hongo Campus.
• Q. Can I pay for a package that is currently being shipped COD (cash on delivery) by invoice?
  A. We are very sorry, but the co-op cannot accommodate this request.
