Guidance of Kuroneko Yamato courier service
This service responds to the needs of those who want to ship packages domestically by paying school fees and invoices, and those who want to ship packages domestically from within the university.
For overseas shipments, we use DHL Express Easy.

*Komaba Purchasing Department only accepts shipments from stores. Laboratory collection is not available.
Shipping flow from store
- Bring the package you want to ship to the Co-op store
- Fill out the Yamato Transport invoice
- Payment can be made by private expenses, school expenses, or research expenses. An invoice will be issued on the spot.
[Precautions when shipping in-store]
Cool delivery cannot be brought into Co-op stores. This is only available at the time of collection to the laboratory.
Estimated pick-up time to the store on weekdays is as follows.
Second Purchasing Department: Around 16:00 Faculty of Agriculture: Around 15:30
Orders can be accepted after this time, but will be shipped the next day. There is no collection on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
Flow of shipping from the laboratory
- Please request Yamato Transport to pick up the cargo.
Phone number is 0120-01-9625 (toll-free) or 080-5045-3947 (driver direct line) - Please tell the driver at the time of pickup that it is a school fee slip at the co-op.
- Please fill out the "Billing Contact Form for Direct Pickup by Takkyubin" below along with the Takkyubin shipping slip and hand it over to Yamato Transport.
- The co-op store will contact you as soon as the school fee slip is ready. Please come to our store and receive your school fee slip. (It may take 2-3 days from the shipping date) Please present your university ID when visiting the store.
[Precautions when shipping in-store]
- Luggage that can be paid for by the co-op → Takkyubin or courier service with advance payment
- Packages that cannot be paid for by the co-op → cash on delivery, overseas courier service, courier time service
(Overseas courier services and time-based services are not available at the co-op) Please contact us for details. - If Yamato Transport collects the items at the laboratory, 100 yen will be added for each item as a collection fee.
- If you bring your luggage to a Yamato Transport office, you will not be able to pay the school fees.

A. We are very sorry, but the co-op is unable to respond. With the cooperation of Yamato Transport's Hongo Campus sales office, we are only able to ship items from the Hongo Campus laboratory. - Q.Can I pay by invoice for parcels that are paid on delivery?
A. We are very sorry, but the co-op is unable to respond.
Points to note when shipping via Yamato Transport
- TA-Q-BIN has a liability limit. Please check the Yamato Transport website.
- There are restrictions on shipping computers. Please contact us for details.
- There are items that cannot be sent by general freight transportation, such as radioactive substances, pathogenic bacteria, and toxic substances.
