■Those leaving the University of Tokyo upon graduation
① Please complete the procedures for withdrawal and return of investment.
Please note that you can only choose one of the options for return of investment
*If you live in Tokyo or Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture, and are currently using the University of Tokyo Co-op, you can continue to be a member. If you wish to continue to be enrolled at the University of Tokyo, please refer to the procedures for those who will continue to be enrolled
② CO-OP Student Comprehensive Mutual Aid - Information on procedures related to maturityStarting
in December 2025, we will be sending out "Information on documents required for procedures related to maturity" to the registered addresses of dependents. Please check the document before proceeding.

CO-OP Mutual Aid New Employee CourseThe
New Employee Course is a course exclusively for graduates who are enrolled in CO-OP Student Comprehensive Mutual Aid. You may be contacted by the Co-op Mutual Aid Association (and the local cooperatives commissioned by it) to provide information on procedures for continued coverage after graduation (New Employee Course).
③ Please make donations to improve the "Mutual Aid Scholarship System."
The Mutual Aid Scholarship System is a scholarship system run by the National Federation of University Co-op Scholarship Foundation, a general incorporated foundation, to support students who have lost their supporters and are finding it difficult to continue their studies.

can be made by placing a donation in the donation box at the counter.

the withdrawal application form we sent you and return it, we will donate the full amount of your investment.

A. Return of investment by bank transfer
① Please apply for withdrawal using the form below.
Application period: February 1, 2026 (Sunday) - May 6, 2026 (National Holiday).
*Please enter your name and date of birth.
② If you have a paper membership card, please return it in the return envelope.
*Those who have completed the capital return procedure will no longer be able to use the University Co-op app after April. Please use up your University Co-op electronic money by the end of March.
③ We will send you an email with instructions on how to specify your bank transfer details.
・Those who apply by March 31, 2026 (Tuesday)
will receive an email with instructions in mid-May 2026.
・Those who apply by May 6, 2026 (National Holiday)
will receive an email with instructions in late May 2026.
④ After you specify your bank transfer details, the funds will be transferred to your designated account within 3-4 business days.
Please specify
an account in your name as the bank transfer *A bank transfer fee of 300 yen will be charged.

B. Return of investment at the Co-op counter
Starting Monday, February 2, 2026, returns will be accepted at the following locations.

*Please note that returns at the Medical Science Store will take 2-3 days.
[What to bring]
- Membership card
*If you have lost your membership card, please bring something that can verify your identity.
*If you have a paper membership card, it will be collected when you return it. If you wish, we will provide you with a temporary membership card that is valid until the end of March, so please ask.
*If you are using an electronic membership card, please present the Co-op app. (App membership cards can still be used, but will no longer be usable after April.)

*Normal withdrawal application forms are available at the counter.

■Those who continue to be enrolled at the University of Tokyo
① The following people should not apply for a capital investment refund, but
should instead apply to change their membership information by the end of March 2026 - Those who will be entering graduate school at the University of Tokyo -
Those whose expected graduation year will change
- Those who will become faculty or staff members
- Those who will be graduating and wish to continue using the University of Tokyo Co-op (only those living in Tokyo or Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture)
*We do not rewrite or reissue membership cards.
Please complete the transfer procedure to an electronic membership card on the "University Co-op App (Official)."
*If you would like a paper membership card due to device issues, please visit the Co-op office.
②If you are enrolled in the Student Comprehensive Mutual Aid Insurance, you will receive information from the Japan Co-op Mutual Aid Consumer Cooperative (Co-op Mutual Aid Association) for those who are approaching their graduation year. If you plan to continue your insurance, please complete the procedures as soon as possible
■Co-op electronic money balance
the terms of use , electronic money balances and point balances cannot be refunded as a general rule. If you are graduating, please
use up your money balance . We plan to refund those who are unable to use up their money by graduation due to various circumstances (such as taking a long leave of absence).
