■Those leaving the University of Tokyo upon graduation
(1) Please follow the procedures for withdrawal and return of investment.

*If you live in Tokyo or Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture and use the University of Tokyo Co-op, you can continue to join. If you wish to do so, please refer to the procedures for "those who continue to be enrolled at the University of Tokyo."
② CO・OP Student Comprehensive Mutual Aid Information on procedures related to expiry date
Starting in December 2025, we will be sending out "Guidelines for Maturity Procedures" to the registered addresses of dependents. Please check the documents and then complete the procedures

CO・OP Mutual Aid New Adult Course
The New Working Adult Course is a course limited to graduates who are members of CO・OP Student Comprehensive Mutual Aid. The Co-op Mutual Aid Federation (and local co-ops commissioned by them) may contact you to provide information on procedures for continuing coverage after graduation (new working adult course).
(3) Please make a donation to enhance the “Tasukeai Scholarship Program”.
The Tasukeai Scholarship Program is a scholarship program operated by the National University Co-ops Scholarship Foundation to assist fellow students who have lost their supporters and find it difficult to continue their studies.

Application period: February 1, 2026 (Sunday) - May 6, 2026 (Holiday)

(2) If you have a paper union card, please return it with a reply envelope.
* Those who have been returning the funding will not be able to use the University Student Cooperative app after April.
Please use up your university co-op electronic money by the end of March
(3) We will send you a procedure guide email for you to specify the transfer destination.

* If you have lost your membership card, please bring something that can be used to verify your identity.

*If you are using an electronic membership card, please present the Co-op app. (App membership cards can continue to be used, but will no longer be available after April.)

① The following people will not go through the capital investment return procedure:End of March 2026Please complete the procedures to change your union member information using the "Affiliation/Expected Graduation Year Change Form" by.

・Those who can become faculty members
・Those who are graduating and wish to continue using the University of Tokyo Co-op (limited to those living in Tokyo or Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture)
*Cooperative membership cards will not be rewritten or reissued.
Please complete the procedures for converting the "University Co-op App (official)" to an electronic co-op membership card.
*If you would like a paper membership card due to terminal issues, please come to the co-op counter
②If you are enrolled in Student Comprehensive Mutual Aid/Insurance, the Japan Co-op Mutual Aid Co-op (Co-op Mutual Aid Federation) will send you information about your expected graduation year. If you plan to continue, please do so as soon as possible.
