Notice of revision of overseas travel business handling fees and change of overseas air ticket arrangement contractor
Thank you for your continued patronage of our cooperative. We would like to inform you
that we will be revising our overseas travel service fees (for overseas air tickets, etc.) starting in April 2025.
Furthermore, while reservations and arrangements for overseas air tickets, etc., have been handled within the university cooperative (University Cooperative Overseas Air Ticket Arrangement Center), starting in April 2025, these will be handled by an external business partner (Nihonbashi Yumeya Co., Ltd.). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
● Change start date: Tuesday, April 1, 2025 (for applications and reception)
● Revision of handling fees for overseas travel services (overseas air tickets, etc.)
Example)
○ Air tickets departing from Japan and going overseas (after revision) Handling fee: 11.0% of the total air ticket price (minimum 11,000 yen)
○ Air tickets departing from overseas and going overseas (after revision) Handling fee: 17.6% of the total air ticket price (minimum 17,600 yen)

Replies to inquiries and quotations will be sent via email from our external business partner (Nihonbashi Yumeya Co., Ltd., University Co-op dedicated contact point).
Payments (settlement) will be made as before at the Hongo Travel Center or Komaba Travel Center.
