How to apply
There are two ways to apply.
1. In-store application:
Please download and print the application form below, fill in the necessary information, and visit the University of Tokyo Co-op Hongo Second Purchasing Department. Payment will be required upon arrival. For some products, you can apply while checking actual samples.
2. Application via forms
After applying via the application form, please pay the price when you receive the product. For available products, please refer to the product introduction at the bottom of the page or the application form available in stores.
