Application method
There are two ways to apply.
1.Application at store
Please download the application form below, print it, fill out the required information, and visit the University of Tokyo Co-op Hongo Purchasing Department No. 2. Payment will be made at the time of your visit. For some products, you can apply while checking the actual sample.
2. Application via forms
After applying through forms, please pay when you receive the product. For products that can be applied for, please refer to the product introduction at the bottom of the page and the in-store application form.
