● Regarding repairs for computers and other devices purchased for the new semester
Please bring the manufacturer's warranty (property insurance certificate) to Komaba Purchasing Department or Hongo First Purchasing Department for inspection
If the power is on, we will be able to assist you smoothly if you back up any necessary data before bringing it with you
Things to check before sending for repair
Warranty period/outside
Please check the warranty period as it varies depending on the product
When you receive your product, you will be given a sticker with your purchase stamped on it
Warranty card
If you have a warranty, please bring it along with the hardware
If you do not have a warranty card, repairs may be charged even within the warranty period
*Please bring your support guarantee even for academic support
Bring-in repair or on-site repair
The warranty will usually state whether the repair is carried in or on-site
If the product is within the warranty period and eligible for on-site repair, you can receive on-site repair or collection service by contacting the manufacturer
*Some products can be repaired on-site even outside the warranty period
If you have items you would like to bring with you, please bring them to the store
Fault symptoms & backup check
We cannot guarantee the safety of your computer or the data on your hard drive
If the data cannot be erased, we will not be able to accept the product for repair. Please back up any important data before sending it in for repair
There may be cases where the computer will not start and data cannot be backed up, but even in this case, we will not be able to accept the repair unless we receive your consent to erase the data
If the data is important and cannot be erased, we recommend using our data recovery service
About accessories
If the main unit is broken, you can send it in for repair if you bring only the warranty card and the main unit
No need for a presentation box, manual or power cord
If the power won't turn on, please bring the AC adapter with you

When a measuring instrument that you have been using for a long time breaks down, there are times when the manufacturer's support period has expired and the instrument cannot be repaired
When purchasing a new item, it is often part of an overall system or is irreplaceable due to its relationship with the software
This is a service that you can use in such situations
If a circuit board is broken or difficult to obtain, we will create a new one and repair it
There are some things that just can't be repaired, but so far our repair success rate has been 95%, so there is a high chance that it can be fixed
