Membership cards will not be rewritten or reissued. Please complete the transfer procedure to an electronic membership card on the University Co-op app
If you would like to be issued a paper membership card due to device issues, please request this in the form
If the application is submitted by the end of November each year, the refund will be made after the end of February of the following year

Article 11. A member may withdraw from the Association at the end of the fiscal year by giving notice to the Association at least 90 days before the end of the fiscal year

If no certificate is attached, refunds will be made at the end of the year in which you are scheduled to graduate, or as a voluntary withdrawal
