We are holding an exhibition of rental examples for academic conferences
The University of Tokyo has a track record of renting equipment for academic conferences on several occasions. For larger events, we have provided tarpaulin banners for international conferences and tables and chairs for outdoor rest areas. We
also handle smaller items that are difficult to provide on campus, such as 40-inch monitors for corporate booths at conferences and water dispensers for rest areas. We
also handle PCs and smartphones used for entrance exams and surveys outside of academic conferences.
A consultant from Tremir Co., Ltd. will be available on the 19th, 22nd, and 23rd from 11:00 to 15:00, so please feel free to talk to them if you have any questions about the availability of rental items or the estimated rental cost.
