From April 2025, we will be revising the fees for overseas travel services (overseas air tickets, etc.).
In addition, we have previously been able to book and arrange overseas air tickets within the university cooperative (University Cooperative Overseas Air Ticket Arrangement Center), but from April 2025, we will be running it at an external business partner (Nihonbashi Yumeya Co., Ltd.). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

○ Overseas air tickets from Japan (after revision) handling fee: 11.0% of the total air ticket price (lower limit: 11,000 yen)
○ Overseas air tickets (revised) handling fees: 17.6% of the total air ticket price (lower limit: 17,600 yen)

As before, inquiries will be made via the "University Co-op Overseas Air Ticket Inquiry Form (Web)".
If you will reply to inquiries or estimates, we will send you an email reply from an external business partner (Nihonbashi Yumeya Co., Ltd., a dedicated office for university co-ops).
Payment (settlement) will be made as usual at Hongo Travel Center or Komaba Travel Center.
