Notice of revision of overseas travel business handling fees and change of overseas air ticket arrangement contractor
Thank you for your continued patronage of our Co-op.
Starting in April 2025, we will be revising our overseas travel agency fees (for international air tickets, etc.).
Furthermore, while reservations and arrangements for international air tickets have previously been handled by the Co-op (University Co-op International Air Ticket Arrangements Center), from April 2025, these will be handled by our external business partner (Nihonbashi Yumeya Co., Ltd.). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
● Change start date: Tuesday, April 1, 2025 (for applications and reception)
●Revision of overseas travel business handling fees (overseas air tickets, etc.)
Example)
○Air tickets departing from Japan/overseas (after revision) Handling fee: 11.0% of the total air ticket price (minimum 11,000 yen)
○Air tickets departing from overseas/overseas (after revision) Handling fee: 17.6% of the total air ticket price (minimum 17,600 yen)
●How to inquire about international air tickets, etc.
For inquiries, please continue to use the "University Co-op International Air Tickets Inquiry Form (Web)" as usual.
Responses to inquiries and quotes will be emailed by our external business partner (Nihonbashi Yumeya Co., Ltd., the University Co-op dedicated counter).
Payment (settlement) will be made at the Hongo Travel Center or Komaba Travel Center as usual.
