How to use the Co-op app (for those who are already members of the Co-op)

For those who are already members and use paper membership cards, etc

How to register for the app if you are joining the Co-op for the first timeherefrom

■ Procedures for starting the Co-op app


1. Confirm your email address registration

①Please access the link below and register your email address and mobile phone number

2. New registration and password registration for My Portal

 Please check the email you registered and confirm whether you want to proceed to the "New My Portal Registration" procedure or the "Password Registration" procedure

New registration procedure for My Portal

①Go to My PortalherePlease access from here
 Please click on New Registration and register your email address and date of birth
 

②After entering the registration information, click "Register email address" at the bottom of the page

③You will receive an email at the email address you registered. Tap the URL in the email and enter the necessary information
 *If you are already registered with the university co-op, your information will be listed in the input field
 
 

④ After entering the information, check the details and click "Sign up for univcoop My Portal."

Password registration procedure

 Enter the email address you registered and the passcode you received

 

② Click "Continue" to set a new password

3. How to log in to the app

①Download the app
 Please download the app from the following site

② Launch the app and sign in
 Enter your registered email address and password
 *Please do not sign in with a social account

3. Implement multi-factor authentication
 Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with authentication

④Log in to use the payment service
 Authenticate with your phone number or email address

⑤ After logging in, grant access permission
 Enter the verification code you received and select "Allow access."

⑥Register additional information
 Select Set additional information and follow the on-screen instructions to authenticate
 *Either "Authenticate by email" or "Authenticate by SMS" will be displayed

⑦Complete authentication
 If you want to add or change information, select an item and follow the on-screen instructions to set your authentication information

⑧Complete
 Once you reach this screen, you will be able to use Co-op Money

  • Inquiries about app errorsIf an error is displayed when signing in after signing up for the app (portal registration), please apply using the app error request form. *To sign up for the app, you will need the email address registered as member information. If you receive an error even if you try using the correct address, please apply using the form.
