How to use the co-op app (for those who have already joined the co-op)
For those who are already members and are using paper membership cards, etc.
This is a guide page for using the co-op app.
How to register for the app when newly joining the co-opherefrom.
■Steps to start the co-op app
1. Confirm email address registration
① Please access the link below and register your email address and mobile number.
2. New registration/password registration to My Portal
Please check your registered email and confirm whether you want to proceed to the "New My Portal Registration" or "Password Registration" steps.

①Go to My PortalherePlease access from here.
Please press New Registration and register your email address and date of birth.

② After entering the registration details, press "Register email address" at the bottom of the page.
③An email will be sent to your registered email address. Tap the URL in the email and enter the various information.
*If you have already registered with the university co-op, the information will be entered in the input field.

④After entering the information, check the details and press "Sign up for univcoop My Portal".
Password registration procedure
①herePlease access and proceed with the procedure.
Enter the email address you registered with and the passcode you received.

②Click "Continue" to set a new password.
3. How to log in to the app
① Download the app
Please download the app from the site below.

②Launch the app and sign in
Enter your registered email address and password.
*Please do not sign in using social accounts.
③ Perform multi-factor authentication
Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed with authentication.
④ Log in to use payment.
Verify using your phone number or email address.
⑤ Allow access after logging in
Enter the verification code sent to you and select "Allow access."
⑥Register additional information
Select Set additional information and follow the on-screen instructions for authentication.
*Either "Authenticate by email" or "Authenticate by SMS" will be displayed.
⑦Complete the authentication
If you want to add or change information, select the item and follow the on-screen instructions to set the authentication information.
⑧Complete
Once you see this screen, you will be able to use your co-op money.

- Inquiries about app errorsIf an error is displayed when signing in after signing up for the app (portal registration), please apply using the app error request form. *To sign up for the app, you will need the email address registered as member information.
