1. Requests to all members of the Co-op Committee

Timing of role assignment: Immediately after selection,
the two Co-op Committee members selected in each class should divide the following roles amongst themselves.
- Candidate for Representative (see below) (1 person)
- One person is responsible for relaying information from the University of Tokyo Co-op to the class
② Attendance at the 1st General Representatives and Co-op Committee Meeting
: Thursday, April 16th, 19:00 - 20:00, Room 109, Building 1.
At this meeting, you will learn about "What is a Co-op?" and "What is a Co-op Committee Member?". Detailed information will be sent via email and open chat. An explanation of the General Representatives and Co-op Committee Meeting itself is provided later in "2. Explanation of Each Role".
2. Explanation of each role
1. Candidates for Representative
You will be appointed to the position of "Representative" for a one-year term. A Representative is a representative elected from the members of the cooperative and participates in the "General Assembly," the cooperative's highest decision-making body, which is held once a year in May. At the General Assembly, the cooperative's operational policies for the year are discussed and decided upon, and the opinions of the Representatives there will be directly reflected in the future management of the cooperative.hereYou can view

2. Person in Charge of Communicating Co-op Announcements to Classes:
Please have the Co-op Committee members relay communications from the Co-op to all student members. This year, announcements will be made via email and open chat. Please be sure to inform all class members of the announcements.
3. Common tasks:
Both those in roles 1 and 2 are required to participate in the Co-op Committee Meeting. In addition to the annual General Assembly, the Co-op regularly holds meetings for delegates and Co-op Committee members to reflect the opinions and feedback that members have received from using the Co-op on a daily basis and to share the current state of the Co-op. The meetings include an exchange of opinions and the planning of events such as food tastings. Approximately four meetings are planned for this year, and details such as dates will be announced via email and open chat as soon as they are decided.

This year's General Assembly is scheduled to be held on Saturday, May 30th, in the afternoon, at Ichijo Hall on the Yayoi Campus of the University of Tokyo. Detailed information will be sent to the representatives in early May.
