• Please email us with the product name, type, budget, etc. you would like to purchase. We will then send you a quote. (Due to the rapid price fluctuations of products recently, we have removed the order form.)
• If you do not receive a reply within two business days, please contact us. (Excluding weekends and holidays)
  

Things to note when ordering drinks and snacks

• Delivery is only available within the campus . (For deliveries outside the campus, additional shipping charges will apply.)
• Delivery is either in the morning (between 10:00 and 12:00 noon) or in the afternoon (between 1:00 and 4:00 pm) on weekdays Delivery on weekends and holidays and specific delivery times cannot be specified.
• place your order by 11:00 AM three days before the desired delivery date, excluding weekends and holidays . (Depending on stock availability, delivery on the desired date may not be possible.)
• Beverages will be delivered at room temperature. (If you would like them refrigerated, please contact us directly.)
• The contents and prices of the products we handle may change without notice

• This information is only available at Hongo Second Purchasing Department
• Please use the "Ogi Bento Order Form" at the bottom of this page. Please order by email or fax to the Second Purchasing Department. (Please attach a PDF of the completed form to your email. Second Purchasing Department email address: s2comn@mail.utcoop.or.jp)
• Delivery orders are only available for orders of 5 or more bento boxes or orders over 5,000 yen
• The order deadline is 5 PM, two business days prior to the delivery date . (*) Similarly, if you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us by 5 PM, two business days prior to the delivery date. Please contact us if you need to make any sudden changes. Please note that business days do not include the closing days of the Second Purchasing Department Service Counter (Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and special closing days).

• For bulk orders (30 or more), please contact us at least 7 business days in advance
• "Hajikami" contains additives that are not available at the university co-op, so even if you order it through the co-op, it will not be included. Thank you for your understanding
